Apr. 27, 2009 (The Dallas Morning News delivered by Newstex ) --
Texas Tech's Mike Leach hasn't been a big fan of the NFL Draft in general and was specifically ticked at new Cleveland Browns coach Eric Mangini.
Leach blamed Mangini for planting the notion that Tech receiver Michael Crabtree came with an attitude to match his considerable ability. Crabtree slipped to 10th in the first round before being taken by San Francisco.
quot;Michael Crabtree has been more successful as a receiver than that guy has a coach at this point,quot; Leach told 49ers beat media on a conference call. quot; ... Part of the reason is he's (Crabtree) too shy to be like that.quot;
The Sacramento Bee's Matt Barrows has the account here.
