
TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - The Arizona Cardinals have agreed to a one-year contract with offensive lineman Elton Brown.

Terms were not disclosed.
The 6-foot-5, 332-pound Brown is a four-year veteran who appeared in all 16 regular-season games and all four postseason games for the Cardinals last season.
The Cardinals also signed tight end Anthony Becht, defensive tackle Rodney Leisle and center Donovan Raiola to one-year contracts.
The team also hired T.J. McCreight as director of pro personnel. He had been director of player personnel for the Cleveland Browns the past two seasons.
