The 6-foot-4, 243-pound linebacker is entering his 10th NFL season. He signed with Arizona as a free agent in 2008 after spending his first eight pro seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
In eight seasons with Pittsburgh, Haggans appeared in 108 games, 61 as a starter. He started for the Steelers in their Super Bowl victory over Seattle three seasons ago.
